Although TIM Inženjering is not formally engaged as the supervising authority for the construction works, we are closely monitoring the progress on the construction site of the CPL Encon commercial building in Novi Sad.
Formwork and preparation for casting the columns and slab of the 4th floor are currently underway. Just two more slabs to go!
With the construction of the façade walls and certain interior partitions, the spaces are gradually taking on their designed form.
Work has begun on the hydrotechnical and electrical installations.
The supervisory team from CPL Encon, in collaboration with TIM Inženjering’s designers, is monitoring the construction progress and compliance with the project documentation in real time.
